Projects, ideas, writing and research as plain markdown in a folder you own. Works offline, links itself into a graph as you write, and gives Claude or Cursor a memory that outlives any chat.

## Notes that are actually files

Every note is a .md file in a folder you own. Back it up however you like and keep it long after any app.

## See how your thinking connects

Wikilinks build backlinks and a graph as you write, so old notes resurface when they matter.

## Memory for your AI tools

Point Claude, Cursor or any MCP client at the vault. Context lives in your notes, not in a chat history that resets.

## The plan that fits: Free

Free forever for you and one other person, with real-time collaboration and MCP included.

## FAQ

### Is Baalda free for one person?

Yes. The Free plan is $0 forever and covers 2 people and 1 synced vault, with unlimited notes, real-time collaboration and MCP for your AI tools.

### Does Baalda work offline?

Yes. Notes are files on your own disk, so you can read and write without a connection. Changes sync when you are back online.

### Can I open my notes in another app?

Yes. Every note is a plain .md file, so any markdown editor can open the same folder.
